I have always been fascinated by the letters and cards in an old tin box which belonged to my grandmother. The memories and stories inside all but forgotten. There are post cards, sympathy cards, practical letters from solicitors, chatty letters to relatives, even letters from children.

this is wonderful! why don't you put them in an album of sorts? i have a bunch of letters too from when i was still in school. nice to look at it once in a while (^_^)

I was always fascinated by my Grandmother's knitting patterns etc, not because I wanted to knit, but I loved all the adverts in £shillings and pence!
